Although we have only had our home cleaned by women from Gem’s Water & Fire Damage Restoration twice, we have been happy with the work they do, and will continue to hire them in the future.  The women are friendly and they do an excellent job.  The natural cleaners that they use keep the house looking and smelling nice long after the job is complete.  I definitely recommend hiring women from ASAP Cleaning Service

Another positive review for Gem’s Water & Fire Damage Restoration . We just had our first cleaning with their service and they were fantastic. My wife and I have 9 month old who has had us a bit worn out this year, so we finally bit the bullet and looked for a cleaning service to help out. We were nervous about it since we hadn't hired someone like this before. They did a great job throughout our apartment and were very friendly. With the little one crawling around, we were really happy they used green/non-toxic cleaning supplies. Overall, they did a great job and I would happily recommend them.

Currently living in Porter Square, Cambridge, I recently moved...just across the courtyard, but, for me, a major undertaking. I used A-Line to clean my old unit, and to prepare my new one. I was extremely pleased. They were fast, efficient, and did an amazing job. I also appreciated their suggestion to photo my old unit...fully cleaned...a good idea..and led to a full return of my deposit.. I was most impressed  with this cleaning company, and intend to use them weekly.

I arrived back in town in September to a new apartment that, despite my lease agreement, had not been cleaned. All of my belongings had been moved in but I couldn't unpack because the apartment was in such a bad state. I also had little time to get this straightened out because I was due back at school asap. Then I found Lucimar and my faith and hope were restored--this is not an overstatement! She is the three things one looks for and hopes to get when doing business: superb at what she does; honest and reliable; and nice, by golly, even fun to do business with!

She did an outstanding job cleaning my apartment, removing stains and grime that the landlord told me would not come out. She possesses an exceptional attention to detail and seems to genuinely love what she does. And this comes through in the care she takes and the meticulous results of her work.  Her care, responsiveness and genuine niceness made a tough situation a lot better. I look forward to doing business with her again.

Why aren't there a million reviews for them?!?!  They are SO GOOD.  Ana is super friendly, likable and hard working.  Her employees are great.  The place was REALLY CLEAN.  Even the knobs on the stove I've tried to clean so many times were spotless.  Very happy.   I've used them once, and will certainly use them again.​
